Our Story
ActiveSkyGate started as a boutique AI training firm in Dallas, helping data scientists and engineers upskill into machine learning roles at a time when the field was still nascent. Our founders — veterans of enterprise software, academic research, and early-stage AI startups — saw what was coming before most organizations did.
As demand for AI talent exploded, we expanded into staffing, placing the engineers we trained into the companies that needed them most. That flywheel — train, place, repeat — gave us an unmatched view into what skills actually matter in production AI environments.
Today, ActiveSkyGate operates across four pillars: Training, Staffing, Consulting, and AI Products. Each reinforces the others. Our consultants inform our curriculum. Our training alumni become our staffing candidates. Our products are built by the same engineers we train and place.
